AUTOMATIC PALLETS DISPENCER
Solaut produces automatic devices for feeding palletizing stations with empty pallets
and with pallets and pallet slip sheet.
Our solutions are the pallets dispencer for feeding one or more palletizing stations
(transporting the pallet with roller or chain conveyors).
For the pallet supply of one or two palletizing stations, we can offer column pallet dispencer,
which can also apply pallet slip sheet with a special gripping head.
The column pallet dispencer can also be used in depalletising to remove the pallet slip sheet
from the pallets being processed and to remove the pallet once it has been emptied.
The models we produce are:
0-90 PNEUMATIC PALLETS DISPENCER
Economical solution to position the pallet taken from the special containment basket
on the palletizing station.
The machine can also be used to remove the emptied pallet, in depalletizing stations.
Being the pneumatic arm rotation and being the important pallet mass,
the cycle speed is not high and therefore the machine finds application in low / medium productivity plants.
Essential features:
- Working as a dispencer or as a stacker
- Vertical stroke on specification (max 5mt)
- Column with support base or with brackets for attaching to the palletizer
- Maximum arm center distance 2000mm
- Angular travel adjustable from 57° to 102°
- Maximum horizontal travel 2415mm with a 102° arm rotation
- The pallet does not rotate during the rotation of the arm
- Vertical movement realized with servomotor or asynchronous motor with or without positioner inverter
- Vertically floating gripping head
0-90 ELECTRIC PALLETS DISPENCER
Machine with electric rotation of the arm, used to position the pallet,
taken from the special containment basket, on the palletizing station.
The machine can also be used to remove the emptied pallet, in depalletizing stations.
Since the electric rotation is carried out with electronic position control,
the 0-90 pallet dispencer can be used in high speed applications and therefore the machine is used in
high productivity plants.
Motion control is performed with positioning inverter, controlled by a c300 PLC Lenze via fieldbus.
Thanks to the real-time control of the motion parameters such as speed and accelerations,
these can be adjusted by setup and are differentiated between movement with and without load
to obtain the maximum cycle speed.
The arm can be positioned at any point on the horizontal plane within the limits 0°-95°.

0-270 PALLET DISPENCER
The arm that carries the gripping head can rotate 270°,
being able to position itself in any point of the stroke.
Thanks to a timing belt drive the pallet gripping head does not rotate during the rotation of the arm.
Thanks to the very large stroke, the pallet dispencer can be used to position the pallets
on one or two pallet places or with a special pick-up head, it can position the empty pallet
and also the slip sheet on one or two palletizing stations.
The same pallet dispencer can also be used on one or two depalletizing stations
to remove slip sheet and pallets at the end of depalletization.

AUTOMATIC PALLET DISPENCER
Solaut produces automatic pallet dispencer for feeding automatic palletizing cells.
We offer our customers two models of pallet dispencer:
side-loading machines
front-loading machines.
In the first the stack of pallets is inserted from the narrow side while in the second from the wide side.
The exit of the pallet can occur indiscriminately from one of the three free sides (the 4th is the loading side).
The automatic pallet dispencer are made for any pallet size.
Essential features are:

- Load capacity 12 pallets.
- Pallet ejection by chain conveyor.
- Transversal centering device for perfect pallet positioning.
