GANTRY CARTESIAN ROBOTS FOR PALLETIZATION

The palletizer that uses a Cartesian gantry robot is able to make even square-shaped cells, where the pallet places can be arranged as desired.

Cartesian gantry palletizers can be supplied in 3 sizes:

• Medium size, payload up to 60 Kg
• Heavy size, payload up to 120 kg
• Heavy size, payload up to 300Kg

Cartesian gantry palletisers have a protruding vertical Z axis. The standard machine can palletize from 3 to 7 pallet positions simultaneously. One pallet place can be used for the pallet warehouse and another for the pallet slip sheets.
In the versions with palletizing height above 1800mm the vertical axis can be telescopic to reduce the vertical dimensions.

The essential features are:

• Cartesian gantry palletizer with 3 or 4 axes.
• Maximum palletizable height 2400mm.
• Pneumatic rotation of the gripping element (0-90) or 0-360 ° with a 4th axis
• Maximum productivity 10 cycle per minute (on single pallet position)
• Telescopic vertical axis for palletizing heights over 1800mm.
• PLC Siemens S7-300 or Lemze c300.
• Operator panel a color touch screen 7".
• Servomotors connected to the PLC with Profibus bus (only with PLC Siemens) or Can Open.
• Recirculating ball-bearing linear guides
• Maximum payload 80, 120, 300Kg (80Kg for vertical telescopic axis and stroke > 2000mm).
• Maximum palletizable height 2400mm.
• Perimeter guards in powder-coated steel mesh.
