TRAY ELEVATORS

For vertical transport needs we produce vertical tray elevators. This product allows safe and fast handling of the product. The footprint is particularly content. It allows to join conveyor placed on different levels. It is possible to make passages for material and people.

Essential features are:

• Product weight liftable up to 15 Kg.
• Altezze di sollevamento fino a 8 metri
• Controlled with asynchronous motor or servomotor.
• Can be used to move both products in boxes and cylindrical products or bags.
• The elevator can be supplied with or without the electrical system

VERTICAL RECIPROCATING CONVEYORS

This type of machine has a valid solution for vertical movement on low speed lines. The machine allows you to move both small and large products. The maximum lifting heights do not have a technical limit.

Essential features are:

• Product weight liftable up to 80 Kg
• Lifting heights up to 10 meters
• Maximum dimensions 1200x700x800
• Command with asynchronous motor or servomotor
• Possibility of handling both products in boxes and cylindrical products or bags
• The elevator can be supplied with or without an electrical system

The figure opposite shows a transport line for boxes. The boxes arrive on the lower left roller conveyor, and enter the elevator.
