AUTOMATIC TRAY FORMER
Our automatic tray former are used to insert boxes in trays using Cartesian robots.
The tray former receives the boxes from a feeding conveyor that makes them fall into a stacker
that creates one or two rows of boxes.
The stacked boxes slide on a conveyor to the gripping point.
A Cartesian robot hooks the lid from a special warehouse and then hooks the rows of boxes.
At the same time the tray opening device opens the tray on a conveyor; when the opening is completed,
the tray moves until it is inserted under the funnel
(an element that facilitates the insertion of the boxes in the tray).
The robot carries the single row or the two rows of boxes at the funnel and inserts boxes and lid in the tray.
The funnel rises, leaving the completed tray free to exit the machine.
The trayer has the possibility of operating in manual mode: the rows of trays are created automatically
while the operator opens the trays, inserts the rows and also the lid.

CASE PACKERS
Solaut produces special case packers to meet the non-standard needs of its customers.
We make box and tray forming devices.
We produce machines for forming American boxes with threaded lids.
Top or bottom filling made with Cartesian robots.
In addition to complete turnkey systems and lines, we can supply components for systems and packaging lines
with cartons.
The components that can be supplied are:
- Horizontal carton magazines with step-by-step pneumatic advancement
- Grippers with 2 and 4 plates for gripping the product to be inserted in the boxes
- Cartesian robots from 2 to 6 axes medium size for inserting the product in the boxes
- Box centering elements (funnels) to block the boxes and facilitate product insertion
- Forming and gluing tray units
- Closing and gluing units for American boxes

WRAPPING STRETCH FILM MACHINE FOR DOORS
The wrapping machines for doors and French windows allow to wrap the products with stretch film.
The wrapping machines consist of a frame with two rotating heads at the ends and a coil holder assembly.
The rotary heads are an idle one and a motorized one: the heads have gripper to firmly lock the doors
or French windows to be set in rotation.
The motorized head can rotate to realize the winding of the door; in case of overload, a safety device stops the rotation.
The distance between the heads can vary, to allow you to work doors with different heights.
The machine is used for the final assembly of the doors (glass application, door locks, etc.)
and for final wrapping with stretch film.
A control panel checks the presence of the door and allows the start of the rotation only if the blocks are inserted.
From the panel it is possible to set the rotations to be carried out during assembly and can be controlled with a button.
