PALLETIZER AND END OF LINE AUTOMATION

Solaut produces cartesian palletizer, cartesian and scara robots for palletization; with our production of conveyor we are able to make complete end-line automation. To satisfy the needs of our customers we build systems according to customer specifications.

The productivity of palletizers, up to 14 picks per minutes. Cartesian palletizers and rotos are equippet with brushless servo motors or induction motors with inverters.

To complete the range of palletizers and robots for palletizing we can offer a wide range of grippers and slip sheet dispenser.

High-speed machine consisting of a tubular steel frame over which moves a gantry cartesian robot with 3 or 4 axes. Made in 3 different versions with 1,2 or 3 pallet positions: the vertical axis may be telescopic to reduce the vertical dimension. The machine is characterized by its high speed and the perimeter is completely free of mechanical parts. The highest productivity is 14 taken per minute; the maximum carrying capacity is 100 kg. One of the 5 models is a cheaper version made with three-phase induction motors and inverters. Each version can be supplied with three-phase induction motors and inverters (for applications at low cost and limited performance).

Machine consisting of a tubular steel frame within which moves a Cartesian robot with 3 or 4 axes. The robot does not protrude from the frame, allowing to have a vertical dimension rather content. The machine is made of 4 different versions with 1, 2 or 3 pallet positions. The machine is characterized by having one of the two long sides cluttered by the vertical axis of the robot. This machine is preferable in cases where the reduced vertical dimension is binding. The highest productivity is 12 taken per minute; maximum load capacity up to 100Kg (including gripper). Each version can be supplied with three-phase induction motors and inverters.

The Cartesian column robot is a particularly efficient solution for end of line automation. Thanks to its longitudinal axis vertical to the ground and its contained dimensions can palletize up to 3000mm. The transverse axis may cross the longitudinal axis to allow to position the lines of arrival of the product on the opposite side to the pallet with respect to the beam-to-length.

The gantry palletizer, is used when there is the need to create islands of palletizing large, with different lines served from the same machine and with different pallet places. The vertical axis can be telescopic; the maximum payload is 180Kg. The robot is supported by a frame formed by a series of columns; these are the only overall dimensions in plan. The maximum height of palletization is 2500mm.

The scara palletizer is a machine capable of high palletizing on one or two pallet positions. The performance is similar to the anthropomorphic robot for palletising.
We produce two models of Scara robot for palletizing: an high-load model, and a medium load model.

The height of palletizing is 2400mm for the high-load model and 1800mm for the medium model. The robot can move directly the pallets or / and a pallet divider. The vertical dimension is contained, making it ideal for applications where vertical space available is reduced.
The high-load scara model, has a capacity on the wrist of 180Kg, this capacity allows the simultaneous intake of more boxes and is therefore ideal for high productivity lines.

The pallet slip sheet dispencer are autonomous devices that position the slip sheet during palletisation. The column slip sheet dispencers are the ideal solution to tend a single pallet place.
Four different models are part of the family of column-type pallet divider dispencer. Thanks to its sturdy and rigid conformation, the dispencer can also be used to position the pallets.

The pallet slip sheet dispencer are autonomous devices that position the slip sheet during palletisation. The rail dispenser can be used at the end of the line where several pallet places must be used. This model has no space on the ground and is particularly suitable for applications where it is not easy to find supports on the ground.
