The column slip sheet dispenser can be supplied with height and stroke according to customer specifications. Also the length of the arm (rotating element in the horizontal plane) can be chosen in the range from 1200 to 2500mm.
The 0-90 pneumatic column dispenser positions the pallet slip sheet on a pallet place, taking it from a special pallet divider warehouse. The same machine can be used to remove slip sheet from pallet during depalletization.
The column slip sheet dispenser can be supplied in three different configurations:
The rotation of the arm can be varied by moving the cylinder fixing holes. The position of the arm with the cylinder all out is not affected by the stroke chosen.

Il braccio che porta la testa di presa del foglio può ruotare di 270°, potendo posizionarsi in qualsiasi punto della corsa. Grazie ad un attuatore pneumatico, la testa di presa del foglio può ruotare di un angolo da zero a 100° per consentire ampia libertà nell'orientamento del magazzino delle interfalde rispetto al pallet su cui deve essere applicata l'interfalda. Il braccio può avere interasse variabile per particolari esigenze legate agli ingombri dell'impianto. La variazione d'interasse può andare da 50 fino a 400mm.

This dispencer makes the positioning of both the pallet and the slip sheet. The non-rotating head column slip sheet dispenser is a machine similar to the 0-270 dispencer, with in addition a timing belt transmission that allows the pickup head not to rotate during the rotation of the arm. This feature is very useful when the dispencer has to move a pallet that has an important inertia. It can operate on 3 or 4 pallet places, as in the case in which it is necessary to position both the slip sheet and the pallet on 2 pallet places.

To complete the supply of our pallet divider sheet dispencer, we produce sheets warehouses in two different models. We have a fixed width and an adjustable width warehouse. The width in question is that of the pallet on which the sheets are placed. Both models have adjustable guides to adapt to the width of the slip sheets. The guides can be supplied with brushes to facilitate the separation of the slip sheet hooked by those below.
The standard dimensions are 800x1200; the adjustable model reaches 1200x1200. Like all our products, the dimensions can be changed according to the customer's specifications.
