Solaut produces 2 models of SCARA industrial robots:

  • Robot SCARA RC with 350° rotating column
  • Robot SCARA DA with double arm.

Each model is produced in two versions:

  • Heavy version for handling and palletizing with wrist payload of 120/180 kg.
  • Medium version for handling and palletizing with a 60 kg payload on the wrist

SCARA INDUSTRIAL ROBOT 'RC HEAVY'

The scara industrial palletizing ROBOT is a high productivity machine used mainly for palletizing, able to palletize on one or two paller positions. How performance is similar to articulated arm robot for palletizing. The maximum vertical stroke of heavy scara is 2500mm, with a palletizing height of 2400mm. The height of the robot is contained, and is therefore ideal for those applications where the available height is reduced. The column can rotate 350°, allowing to fully exploit the reach of the gripping element. The scara used as palletizers are equipped with software specifically developed for palletizing.

SCARA robot model RC with rotating column, medium size

SCARA INDUSTRIAL ROBOT 'RC MEDIUM'

The scara, medium industrial palletizing robot is used for handling and palletizing. Compared to the heavy model it has dimensions and therefore reduced operating volumes. The maximum vertical travel is 1800mm with a palletizing height of 1700mm. The height of the machine is limited and is therefore ideal for those applications where the available height space is reduced. The column can rotate 350° allowing to fully exploit the reach of the gripping element.

SCARA INDUSTRIAL ROBOT 'DA HEAVY'

The SCARA DA robot differs from the RC model because it does not have the rotating column and to have two rotating arms. Having the fixed column the maximum vertical travel exceeds 2500mm and can reach 4000mm.

SCARA INDUSTRIAL ROBOT 'DA MEDIUM'

The medium version of the SCARA DA ROBOT differs from the heavy version for a reduced wrist payload, and for a reduced arm center distance (1000 + 600).
